With more than 25 years experience in the building industry, and with John’s practical knowledge of building techniques and materials, we can help your project be successful and all within your budget.
We draw up your project with advanced computer software, so that you can see what your new home will look like in 3D even before it is built.
Our fees are quite reasonable and our build in efficiencies mean that we are able to turn around your project in a reasonable amount of time.
We work primarily in Southern Ontario and are familiar with most regional building departments.
We are approved by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, are BCIN qualified in House, Small Buildings, and Building Structural, so we can design most buildings under 600 square meters or under 6458 square feet.
We show great patience in drawing what you want, because as we say, ‘Its easier to change now while it’s still on paper, before its built.’ Let’s get it right, together.
We have the expertise to design in standard framed construction, or super energy efficient homes with Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction using Nudura, Fox Block or Amvic forms.
